Terms of Service
Version 1.1, last changed 4 October 2026.
These terms cover your use of ZeroCaptcha: the API that solves CAPTCHA challenges, starting with Cloudflare Turnstile, the dashboard and this website. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Acceptable Use Policy. The dashboard records which version you agreed to, and when.
1. Your account
- You sign up with an email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Keep them to yourself.
- You confirm your email address, from the link we send, before you create an API key or add funds; the rest of the dashboard works before that. Two-factor authentication is optional, and we recommend it.
- You must be able to enter into a contract where you live, and give an email address you can read.
- If you use ZeroCaptcha for a company, you agree to these terms for it.
2. API keys
You create API keys in the dashboard. A key is shown once; we keep only a hash of it. Everything done with your keys is done by you: keep them secret, restrict them to your IP addresses where you can, and revoke a key at once if it may have leaked. Every task is real and paid: there are no test keys, no sandbox and no free credit.
3. Prices and your balance
- ZeroCaptcha is prepaid. You add funds to a balance in US dollars, and tasks are paid from it. There is no subscription.
- A task is charged the price in effect when you created it, shown on the pricing page, and only if it succeeds. While it runs, its price is held on your balance; a task that fails, expires or is refused costs nothing, and its hold is released.
- Prices can change. A new price applies only to tasks created after it takes effect, and is published before then.
- Your balance is not money held for you: it can pay for tasks only, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.
4. Adding funds
- You add funds in cryptocurrency, through our payment processor, NOWPayments. Each top-up is an invoice in US dollars that you pay on NOWPayments' checkout page. Its own terms apply to that payment.
- A top-up is $10 or more, with no maximum. You pay the network's fees.
- We credit your balance when NOWPayments reports the payment as settled, at its quote: the invoice's amount when it is paid in full, and the share that arrived when less or more arrived. A payment that arrives after the invoice expired is credited when NOWPayments reports it.
- Every credit gets a numbered receipt in the dashboard.
- Top-ups are final. We do not refund them, in whole or in part: see the Refund Policy.
5. The service
- We run ZeroCaptcha on our own servers. We work to keep it running and solving, and publish how it did over the last 24 hours on the status page, but we do not promise that it will always be available, that every task will succeed, or that it will solve any given site.
- A Turnstile token works once, for 300 seconds. Use it at once.
- Requests may be limited to keep the service fair and running, as the documentation describes. Creating paid tasks has no rate limit: your balance and your share of the queue bound it.
- We may change or stop parts of the service.
6. Suspension
We suspend an account that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy or these terms. Nothing does this automatically: a person decides, after a report or a check of our logs. A suspended account's keys are refused, and it cannot create tasks, keys or top-ups; its balance stays on the account, and is usable again if the suspension is lifted. A suspension does not refund a top-up. To ask us to look again, write to support@zerocaptcha.io.
7. Ending
You may stop using ZeroCaptcha at any time. To close your account, write to us from its address; we delete what the Privacy Policy says we delete, and keep what the law requires us to keep. A balance left on a closed account is not paid out.
8. Our liability
ZeroCaptcha is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us limit.
9. Changes to these terms
We publish a new version here, with a new version number and date. The new version applies from then; if you do not agree to it, stop using the service.
