Prices are per 1,000 solved tasks, in USD: Cloudflare Turnstile tokens, and cf_clearance cookies for Cloudflare WAF and 5-second challenge pages. The price is held when a task starts and released if it fails, so failed and timed-out tasks cost nothing.

What if I send too little or too much?
We credit the USD value that actually arrives and show exactly what was received, so you can send the rest.
What if my payment arrives late?
Coins that arrive after the invoice expires are still credited once the network confirms them, at the processor's rate when they settle.
I sent coins on the wrong network.
Email billing@zerocaptcha.io with the transaction hash. Coins sent on another network are not credited automatically and may be lost, which is why the payment screen names the one network to use.
Can I get a refund?
No: a top-up is final. You pay only for tasks that succeed: a task that fails or expires costs nothing, and the amount held for it goes back to your balance at once. A refused task holds nothing.
Who do I write to about billing?
Write to billing@zerocaptcha.io about top-ups, receipts and payments. Receipts and low-balance notices come from that address, so you can reply to them.
Do I get a receipt?
Every credit to your balance gets a numbered receipt with the amount credited, the invoice's amount, the coin and network it was paid in, and the date.
