Opt your site out
If you run a website and don't want ZeroCaptcha used against it, tell us its domain. Once we block it, tasks for the domain and everything under it are refused before any solving.
What happens next
- Your request goes to our staff by email. Nothing is blocked automatically.
- A person checks that you speak for the domain, usually by writing to you. An address on the domain itself makes that quick.
- They add the domain to our blocklist, or tell you why not, by email.
We keep your request and address to answer you and as the record of why a domain is blocked; see thePrivacy Policy. Customers may only automate sites they are allowed to, under the Acceptable Use Policy.
